About This Project

Other projects ended and new projects arose. The arrival of Stardust Avenue was a real natural one. Trudie’s taste in fashion changed en this project evolved as well with her kids. Designing collections for kids limited her, as it is more coloring inside the lines. She was eagerly waiting to start creating items with a new range of materials. Materials such as silk and wool are most of the time not suitable for kids. With the start of Stardust Avenue, Trudie could turn her own fashion dreams into reality.

It was important to Trudie that she was able to create something that her family and friends could relate to. To translate a lifestyle into clothing, suitable for every woman in her surroundings. Stardust Avenue was also about seeking adventure, embracing life and a way to express yourself.

Created for a woman who collects timeless items and at the same time wants to dress according to contemporary fashion trends. An urban chique look with a touch of romantic flair.

With her former contacts in the fashion industry, Trudie took the plunge and jumped right in. She and her fresh team of talented and fashion minded creatives started designing collections and collaborated with suppliers from Italy, Turkey and Spain.
For the kick off collection, the entire team traveled to Andalusia in Spain, to shoot the first items in Spanish sceneries.

Stardust Avenue was sold throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain.
The Stardust Avenue Brandstore in ‘s Hertogenbosch was opened in December 2015.
